If you show any signs of sickness (cough, congestion, etc.) you will be asked to leave and your retainer fee (deposit) will not be returned. THERE IS A NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE RETAINER FEE REQUIRED TO SECURE ALL BOOKINGS! -Read the description of each service to be sure you are booking the correct service. -Your retainer fee goes towards the final total. The remaining balance MUST be PAID BEFORE SERVICING. LATE POLICY After 10 minutes we'll have to cancel/reschedule the appointment. If there's room to reschedule day of there will be a $10.00 fee added to your appointment. If you would like to request a traveling service please note there will be a higher retainer fee. Travel rate will depend on location distance.
